FyreLake Holdings is a limited partner in the project partnerships owning the following properties:

• Greystone South Shopping Center (Lenexa, KS) – Greystone South Shopping Center is a Class B retail shopping complex located at 12800-12980 W. 87th St. Pkwy., Lenexa, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City.  The property consists of three buildings, two of which were constructed in 1984 and one in 1990, and approximately 63,000 square feet of net rentable area.  At acquisition in the fourth quarter of 2013, the property was approximately 74% leased.  The new owners are investing approximately $1.8 million in the property to replace one of the buildings with a new, larger building and make a number of cosmetic renovations, including resurfacing the parking lot, repairing sidewalks, installing new landscaping, painting the exterior and improving lighting.
• StoreSmart Hope Mills Self-Storage Facility (Fayetteville, NC) – The Hope Mills Self-Storage Facility is located at 5607 Camden Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina.  Fayetteville is the home of the U.S. Army’s Fort Bragg base and is the sixth largest city in North Carolina.  The property was acquired by a partnership managed by StoreSmart Self Storage, a national developer of, and asset manager for, premier Class A self-storage properties.  The Hope Mills Self-Storage Facility consists of approximately 1,200 units and 168,000 net rentable square feet.
• Affordable Housing Community Fund 4, LLC – An investment fund managed by MHP Funds LLC that acquires, improves and operates mobile home parks located throughout the United States.  As of July 30, 2014, AHCF 4 owned 22 mobile home parks.
• Austin, Texas, Multifamily Property – Investment sponsored by Austin Capital Advisors.
